We've outfitted our McCloud condo so that it's got all the important features and amenities you want in a Tahoe rental. We have all the modern conveniences and amenities -- here's a partial list:
- Completely remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel GE appliances (double-door refrigerator with bottom freezer, dishwasher, smooth cooktop stove, microwave), new stainless sink with Moen faucet, new granite countertops, and new flooring
- New full-size front load washer and dryer inside unit

- New 42” flat screen TV
- New DVD player with high resolution HMDI 1080p upscaling, VCR
- TV + VCR in master bedroom
- TV in 2nd bedroom
-Expanded cable service (38 cable TV stations) for all 3 televisions, including ESPN, all major local network channels, CNN, CSPAN, Weather Channel, A&E, AMC, MTV, Disney and several cartoon channels, etc.*

- Fully equipped kitchen complete with gourmet spice rack

- Deck with new Weber Q300 propane BBQ and table/chairs (not available in winter due to snow)

GAMES: We have a number of games available for your enjoyment during your stay, including Backgammon, Scrabble, Monopoly, Chutes and Ladders, chess, checkers, Chinese checkers, playing cards, etc.
BOOKS: we have 50 + books, mostly fiction spanning a wide variety of interests. This is a “sharing library” – if you start a book and you like it, feel free to take it home.
INSIDER’S GUIDE TO TAHOE: We’ve compiled our personal favorites in a booklet you’ll find inside the unit – you’ll learn about out favorite restaurants, ski attractions, bike rides, beaches, etc. We’ve been coming to the Tahoe north shore for over 25 years and look forward to sharing our insights with you. Our passions are cross-country skiing, road biking, trail running, and dining (not necessarily in that order, but skiing definitely comes first).
